A quayside fixture, brought back to life.
A West Wight favourite.
For years Salty's has sat on Quay Street in Yarmouth, one of those places you could walk into alone and leave with a table of friends. Seafood, sea air, and a room that sounded like a party most nights of the week.
In 2026 we're taking the baton and bringing it back — faithful to what made Salty's work, confident enough to move it on.
On the Quay
Steps from the ferry, the pier and the harbour — the best seat on the Solent.
Part of Quay Hospitality Group.
Salty's is leased from Yarmouth Harbour Commission and operated by Quay Hospitality Group — a southern-coast collective known for revitalising loved venues while staying true to their roots.
Bodega
Wine bars in Christchurch and Southbourne.
The Thomas Tripp
A cornerstone pub on Christchurch High Street.
Salty's Yarmouth
The group's first Isle of Wight venue — opening April 2026.
Simple things, done properly.
Seafood with an address
Day-boats, local suppliers, Solent shellfish. We'll tell you where it came in and who caught it.
A room that hums
Proper lunches that run long. Dinners that turn into nights. Music some weekends. No starched tablecloths.
Of the Island
Built for locals first. Visitors welcome, sailors welcome, dogs welcome on the terrace.
Kind to the harbour
Short supply chains, low-waste kitchen, and a partnership with Yarmouth Harbour Commission we take seriously.
