These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Salty’s Yarmouth website and the services we provide. By accessing this website or making a reservation with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Reservation requests submitted through our website contact form are not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion.
For dining reservations, we ask that guests arrive within 15 minutes of their booked time. We cannot guarantee tables will be held beyond this period during busy service. If you are unable to honour a reservation, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01983 723154 or emailing bookings@saltysiow.co.uk.
For ticketed events, private hire, and special dining experiences, separate booking terms may apply and will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Deposits may be required for group bookings or private hire events. Deposits are non-refundable unless we cancel the event.
We reserve the right to alter, postpone, or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will endeavour to give as much notice as possible and offer suitable alternatives.
All prices shown on our website and menus are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep the information on our website current and accurate, but we cannot guarantee that all details are up to date at all times.
Seasonal ingredients mean that some dishes may not always be available. Our team will advise on the night.
We take allergen information seriously. If you or any member of your party has a food allergy or intolerance, please inform us when making your reservation and again when ordering. Whilst we take every precaution, our kitchen handles a wide range of ingredients, and we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Full allergen information is available on request.
